Orders

Payment

Shipping

We currently sell and ship only within the United States.

Eligible U.S. orders receive free standard shipping.

Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 7–15 business days from the date the order is placed.

Returns and Refunds

Purchases are final except where an item arrives damaged, an incorrect item is received, or the item received is materially different from the item ordered.

We do not accept returns based solely on change of mind, buyer's remorse, personal preference, or changes in market value.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be submitted before fulfillment begins. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

The market value of coins and precious metals may increase or decrease after purchase. Such market movements do not create a right to cancel an order, return a product, request a refund, or request a price adjustment.
